01 Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to king1 ("king1", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). king1 operates the online betting and casino platform accessible at king1.lat ("the Website" or "the Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Player", "you") and king1 governing your access to and use of the Platform, including all betting markets, casino games, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support facilities made available through it.

By creating a king1 account, accessing the Website, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with king1's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the king1 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. king1 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Players under the age of 21 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You do not hold an existing king1 account that has been suspended, restricted, or permanently closed by king1.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a king1 employee where participation could constitute a conflict of interest.

king1 uses automated age-estimation tools during registration as a first-line filter. This does not replace full KYC verification. king1 reserves the right to restrict account functionality at any time pending completion of identity verification.

03 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold one single account on the king1 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the point of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify king1 promptly of any changes by contacting [email protected].

3.2 Account Currency

All king1 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. king1 does not offer multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion fees are applied by king1; however, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank) may apply their own transaction terms.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

To comply with responsible gaming obligations and to protect the integrity of the Platform, king1 requires identity verification before processing withdrawals exceeding ৳5,000 BDT or when triggered by risk-based monitoring. Acceptable KYC documents include:

• National ID Card (NID) — front and back
• Valid Bangladeshi passport — photo page
• Proof of address: recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days

king1 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in withdrawal restrictions until verification is satisfied.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your king1 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. king1 strongly recommends enabling SMS-based 2FA, which is available to all registered users free of charge.

You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. king1 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to request your king1 password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

king1 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure, your sharing of credentials, or your use of the Platform on an unsecured or shared device. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact king1 support immediately to initiate an emergency account lock.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

king1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on transaction volume, technical maintenance, or risk management decisions. king1 does not accept cash deposits.

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200 BDT. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1–3 business hours for bank transfers. king1 does not charge deposit fees. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name; third-party deposits are not permitted.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. King1 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically feasible.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawal requests may be held pending verification if: (a) KYC has not been completed; (b) a bonus wagering requirement has not been met; (c) the account is under review for suspicious activity; or (d) the withdrawal request triggers automated fraud detection thresholds. king1 will communicate the reason for any withdrawal hold and the steps required to resolve it within 24 hours of the hold being applied.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

king1 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which may include minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus winnings.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to verified players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each individual promotion.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion-specific terms.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

king1 monitors bonus usage patterns to detect abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated accounts claiming the same bonus, low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, and use of technical exploits or errors to claim bonuses incorrectly. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the king1 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product vertical: sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and other game categories. These product-specific rules are published within the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

7.1 Sports Betting

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Pre-match odds are subject to change prior to bet placement; the odds locked in at the moment of confirmation are the final odds. In-play (live) odds fluctuate in real time and king1 cannot guarantee that a specific price will be available for the full duration of the bet placement process. If a bet is placed during a significant live event (e.g., a wicket falling, a goal scored) within the latency window, king1 reserves the right to void the bet at its discretion.

7.2 Casino Games

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or, for live dealer games, by physical game mechanics observed and streamed in real time from studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other licensed game providers. 7.3 Errors & Malfunctions

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the king1 Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments; chargeback fraud; impersonation of another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other competitive game format.
• Arbitrage & Matched Betting: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers or odds discrepancies in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational betting.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of those funds.
• Automated Bots: Use of any automated script, bot, software, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or access the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account on the Platform, whether directly or through nominees.
• Minors: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21.

09 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. 11 Limitation of Liability

12 Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments to These Terms

king1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, king1 will provide notice to registered users via the email address on file or via a prominent on-Platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

12.2 Account Suspension & Closure by king1

king1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected; (c) a player's use of the Platform poses a risk to king1, other players, or the integrity of the Platform; or (d) king1 is required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority. In cases of closure due to breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.

12.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your king1 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified, withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Balances derived solely from unmet bonus wagering requirements will not be returned on voluntary closure.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. king1 operates as a platform targeting the Bangladesh market and expects its players to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations relating to online betting and gaming activity.

13.1 Dispute Resolution

The Platform does not provide any binding arbitration clause that would prevent a player from pursuing legal remedies through competent courts.
